What we collect
We collect your name, phone number, email when you sign in, delivery addresses, food preferences and order and subscription details. You may optionally add your date of birth for a birthday treat. Allergy information is shared only with our kitchen.
Why we use it
We use your details to cook your meals, deliver orders, manage subscriptions, answer questions and remember your choices. WhatsApp updates are sent only if you opt in; you can change this choice in My Peher Eats.
Who sees it
Only Peher Eats uses your customer details to run your orders and deliveries. Sign-in, maps, email and WhatsApp services process the information needed for those services. We do not display your details publicly or sell your customer details.
Saved addresses
Guest addresses can be remembered on your device. We ask before copying them into your account. You can edit or remove saved account addresses at any time.
Deleting your account
Open My Peher Eats and choose Delete my account. This removes your sign-in account, profile, saved addresses and saved preferences, and removes the account link from retained orders and subscriptions. Order and subscription records, including the delivery details and kitchen instructions recorded when you ordered, are kept for our records. Device-saved addresses on that device are also removed.
